STATE-WISE COVID-19 GUIDELINES Updated on 22-11-2021 State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: No Instuonal Quaranne Home quaranne: No Home Quaranne. Health screening: Thermal screening will be done for all passengers on arrival by State Authories. Covid test: Passenger is required to undergo Thermal screening and health profiling at airport during Arrival/Departure. Al passengers must download and configure Aarogya Setu App. If Aarogya setu app is non available then self declaraon form has to be filled by the passenger. Passenger obligaon: All passengers must submit self-declaraon form or download Aarogya Setu App. Airline obligaon: Ensure availability of arriving passenger data to State Health Officer. Goa State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: Not applicable Home quaranne: Not applicable Health screening: Thermal Screening upon arrival carried out by State Govt. Covid test: All arriving passengers from any state should carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report prior entering Goa. Passenger obligaon: All passengers must submit self-declaraon form on Airlines website. Airline obligaon: Ensure availability of arriving passenger data to State Health Officer. Airport or state obligaon: Thermal Screening of arriving passenger to be carried out by State Government. Goa State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Internaonal Instuonal quaranne: Not applicable Home quaranne: 14 days Home Quaranne. Health screening: Thermal Screening upon arrival is carried out by APHO. Covid test: If the arrival passenger is not carrying Negave RT-PCR report, then he/she needs to undergo mandatory Rapid Angen Test at the airport. If the test report is negave, then 14 days of Home Quaranne. If the test report is posive, passenger will be sent to COVID Care Centre/ Home isolaon as per State Govt. guidelines. Passengers travelling from UK shall have to mandatorily undergo RT-PCR Test upon Arrival. If their report is negave, then 14 days of Home Quaranne. If test report is posive, then passenger will be sent to COVID Care Centre as per State Govt. guidelines. Passenger obligaon: Passenger shall board the flight with RT-PCR negave cerficate conducted with in 72 hrs prior to boarding. Passengers shall submit self-declaraon form. Airline obligaon: Not applicable Airport or state obligaon: If the test report comes posive, passengers will be sent to COVID Care Centre/ Home isolaon by State Govt. as per guidelines. Gujarat State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: "Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Vadodara , Surat- Not applicable" Home quaranne: "Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Rajkot - Not applicable Porbandar- Passengers who are asymptomac and entering Gujarat will not be quaranned, however they will be permied to go with the advise that they will self-monitor their health for 14 days . Surat- 07 days mandatory home quaranne for all passengers and to monitor their health for 14 days. Vadodara- Passengers who are not carrying Negave RT-PCR test report to be advised to remain under home isolaon ll their report comes." Health screening: Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara - Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. Covid test: "Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Porbandar, Rajkot, Vadodara- As per direcves issued by Addional Director (Public Health) , Govt. of Gujarat Noficaon dated 8-5-2021, the need for RT-PCR test in healthy individuals undertaking inter state domesc travel is completely removed. Kandla- Passengers arriving from Maharashtra are required to carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report. Passengers who are not carrying negave RT-PCR test report, for them RT-PCR test facility is provided at the airport by State Health Department . The cost of the test to be borne by the passenger. Surat- As per Govt. of Gujarat Noficaon, from 1-4-2021 passengers arriving from any state to Gujarat are required to carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report Passengers who are not carrying negave RT-PCR test report. are to be tested at the airport by State Health staff, these passengers are to be hold in the earmarked area in Arrival hall of respecve airport ll their test result is given.The cost of the test to be borne by the passenger." Passenger obligaon: Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara - All Deparng passengers must have Aarogya Setu app or fill self Declaraon form. Airline obligaon: Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara - Ensure availability of arriving passenger data to State Health Officer. Airlines to ensure that passenger is carrying 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report prior departure at the origin. Airport or state obligaon: Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara-Thermal Screening shall be done for all passengers. Gujarat State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Internaonal Instuonal quaranne: Ahmedabad, Surat- Not Applicable Home quaranne: Ahmedabad, Surat - All travellers arriving from UK, Brazil and South Africa , if tested negave will remain home quaranne for 7 days and will be regularly followed up by the concerned State/District IDSP. These travellers shall again be tested aer 7 days and if tested nega- ve, will be released from quaranne, and connue to monitor their health for further 7 days. Health screening: Ahmedabad, Surat - Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. Covid test: Ahmedabad, Surat- RT-PCR test will be done at the airport mandatorily for all internaonal travellers coming/transing through flights originang from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East. The cost of the test to be borne by the passengers. Passenger obligaon: "Ahmedabad, Surat - (i) submit self-declaraon form on the online Air Suvidha portal. (www.newdelhiairport.in) before the scheduled travel. (ii) upload a negave COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey." Airline obligaon: "Ahmedabad, Surat - (1)Airlines to allow boarding only to those passengers who have filled in the Self Declaraon Form on the Air Suvidha portal and uploaded the negave RT-PCR test report. (2) All passengers shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile devices. (3) During boarding all possible measures to ensure physical distancing are to be ensured." Airport or state obligaon: Ahmedabad, Surat - Symptomac passenger will be taken to the Isolaon room and further for covid test by state Authories. RT-PCR test to be conducted at the airport for all internaonal travellers coming/transing through flights originang from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East. Madhya Pradesh State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: "Bhopal, Indore- No instuonal quaranne for asymptomac passengers, asymptomac passengers may proceed to their homes. Jabalpur - Thermal screening being done for passengers upon arrival/departure. If passenger found symptomac, COVID test is to be conducted by the State Health Department. Passenger has to undergo Instuonal quaranne/Home quaranne if tested posive as per State Health Department guidelines." Home quaranne: "Bhopal, Indore - No home quaranne for asymptomac passengers. if the test result is Negave, passengers will update their health status on online app. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra to be advised for quaranne ll their Negave RT-PCR report is received. Jabalpur - Thermal screening being done for passengers upon arrival/departure.If passenger found symptomac, COVID test is to be conducted by the State Health Department. Passenger has to undergo Instuonal quaranne/Home quaranne if tested posive as per State Health Department guidelines." Health screening: "Bhopal-Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done upon arrival and departure, If passenger is found symptomac , COVID test to be performed at designated COVID test Centres of State. Indore-Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. Jabalpur - Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done upon arrival/departure. If passenger is found symptomac, COVID test to be performed." Covid test: Bhopal - Passenger arriving from Maharashtra are required to carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negave Test Report. In case the passenger is not carrying the report, RT-PCR test to be conducted at the airport and the cost of which has to be borne by the passenger. Rest passengers are required to undergo COVID Test at the Airport if advised by the Health Authories. Indore- Passenger arriving from Maharashtra are required to carry 48 hours prior RT-PCR negave test report. In case the passenger is not carrying the report, RT- PCR test is to be conducted at the airport and the cost of which has to be borne by the passenger. Rest passengers are required to undergo COVID Test at the Airport if advised by the Health Authories. Jabalpur - Not applicable Passenger obligaon: "Bhopal-Passenger is required to undergo Thermal screening and health profiling at the Airport during arrival and departure. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App, if Aarogya Setu App is not available then self-declaraon form has to be filled up by the passenger. Indore- Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport if advised by the Health Authories. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App/ Indore 311 app. If Aarogya Setu app is not available then self declaraon form to be filled by passengers and to be handed over to medical staff in Arrival hall. Jabalpur-Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport, if found symptomac, as advised by the Health Authories. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App . If Arogya Setu app is not available then self declaraon form filled by passengers to be handed over to medical staff in Arrival hall." Airline obligaon: IBhopal, Indore, Jabalpur - If passenger is found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide passenger along with his/her bag/s to the dedicated medical room. Airport or state obligaon: "Bhopal- Thermal screening and health profiling of passengers on arrival and departure. If passenger is found symptomac, COVID test to be performed at designated COVID Test Centre of State Govt. Indore, Jabalpur- Thermal screening and Health profiling of passengers on arrival.If any passenger is found symptomac, COVID test to be performed." Maharashtra State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi- Not applicable Home quaranne: Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, ShirdiNot applicable Health screening: "Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nasik, Shirdi - Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. Mumbai- Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers (Departure) Nanded, Pune - Thermal screening is done for all passengers (Arrival/Departure)" Covid test: "Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Shirdi - As per the Government of Maharashtra Noficaon dated 12-05-2021, with effect from 0700 hrs of 15-01-2021 to 0700 hrs of 01-06-2021 Passengers arriving from any State to Maharashtra are required to carry 48 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report with them or undergo RT-PCR test at Airport. Pune- As per the Government of Maharashtra Noficaon dated 12-05-2021, with effect from 0700 hrs of 15-01-2021 to 0700 hrs of 01-06-2021 Passengers arriving from any State to Maharashtra are required to carry 48 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report with them or undergo RT-PCR test at Airport. Exempon to Armed Forces officials and their family, Member of Parliament. " Passenger obligaon: Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi - All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App and furnish Health Declaraon. Airline obligaon: "Aurangabad - Arriving passengers details with name, mobile number, residenal address etc.to be shared with State Nodal officer. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide passenger along with their bags to the dedicated medical room Jalgaon- Arriving passengers details with name, mobile number, residenal address etc. to be shared with Medical officer. Airlines shall guide passengers for proper cooperaon and to comply rules of State Govt of Maharashtra. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide customer along with their bags to the dedicated medical room. Kolhapur- Arriving passengers details with name, mobile number, residenal address etc.to be shared with Medical officer. Airlines shall guide passengers for proper cooperaon and to comply rules of State Govt of Maharashtra. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival airline will guide passenger along with their bags to the dedicated medical room. Mumbai- To check passengers arriving from any State to Mumbai are carrying 48 hours prior RT-PCR Negave test report with them. Airline to comply with dedicated deployment of senior officials and other assisng staff 24x7 for COVID operaons. Nagpur-Arriving passengers details with name, mobile number, residenal address etc.to be forwarded to Nodal Officer, Nagpur Municipal Corporaon in prescribed format. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide customer along with their bags to the dedicated medical room. Nasik- Detailed list of arriving passengers with arrival flight, me, mobile number and residenal address to be shared with Nodal officer. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide customer along with their bags to the dedicated medical room. Nanded- Detailed list of arriving passengers, residenal address to be shared with Nodal Officer. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, Medical team of Municipal Corporaon will guide the pax about the further procedure. Pune- Details of all arrival passengers in given format needs to be forwarded to Collector office, Pune. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline will guide passenger along with their bags to the dedicated medical room. Shirdi- Detailed list of arriving passengers with arrival flight, me, mobile number and residenal address to be shared with Nodal officer. If passenger found symptomac upon arrival, airline shall handover the passenger to the Medical team for quaranne at passengers cost. " Airport or state obligaon: Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi- Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. RT-PCR Tesng Facility available at Airport for passengers arriving from any state. Maharashtra State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Internaonal Instuonal quaranne: "Mumbai- 07 Days, For all passengers arriving from Middle East, Europe, UK, South Africa and Brazil, except the below menoned. Exempon from Instuonal Quaranne for passengers arriving on Internaonal sector to Mumbai As per Municipal Corporaon of Greater Mumbai order Dated 20-3-2021 new norms for exempon from Instuonal quaranne has been considered as follows: 1. Elderly passengers above age of 65 years. 2. Pregnant woman in advanced stage of pregnancy. 3. Both parents accompanying below 5 years of age. 4. Passengers having serious illness and require immediate medical aenon such as cancer, sever physical disability, mental illness, cerebral palsy on producon of supporng documents and medical condion that need admission in medical instuon immediately. 5. Extreme family distress condion i.e. father, mother, son, daughter in crical condion (on death bed), sever accident in family, death of immediate family member (only on producon of convincing support document to the airport staff). 6. Passengers who have completed their both COVID vaccine dosage ( on producon of both vaccinaon cerficates and also a self declaraon in prescribed format). 7. Medical professionals that intend to travel for performing life saving surgery/aending crical paents (on producon of proof from the hospitals where the surgery/medical service is intend to be performed). The above categories passengers may be considered exempon from instuonal quaranne subject to providing required documents to the sasfacon of In- Charge officer at the airport. Nagpur-7 days Instuonal Quaranne and 7 days home quaranne are mandatory for those passengers who are travelling from Middle East,European Country,South Africa and UK. Pune- Not Applicable - Only 14 days self monitoring of health for those passengers possessing valid negave RT-PCR test report." Home quaranne: "Mumbai- 07 Days, For all Internaonal passengers arriving from Middle East, Europe, UK, South Africa and Brazil. 14 Days for Internaonal passengers arriving from countries other than specified above. Nagpur, Pune - For RT-PCR negave test report passengers, No Home Quaranne but self monitoring of health by passengers." Health screening: Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune- Thermal screening for all passengers. Covid test: "Mumbai- Passengers transing to Domesc sectors outside Maharashtra are required to undergo RT-PCR test before connecng to their onward flights.Passengers arriving from UK, Brazil and South Africa are required to wait for the test results at the airport before connecng for their onward journey. Nagpur- Not applicable Pune- All passengers arriving from UK, Brazil, South Africa and Middle East are required to undergo RT-PCR tesng on Arrival at Pune Airport. Transit passengers arrived from Brazil/UK/ South Africa and taking connecng domesc flights, need to undergo RT-PCR test and wait for Test Results (should be negave) before they board a domesc flight. Any Transit Passenger found posive will be shied to nearest COVID Isolaon facility." Passenger obligaon: "Mumbai- Passenger to upload Negave RT-PCR test report within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey as well as self declaraon form on Air Suvidha portal.They will abide by decision of appropriate government authority to undergo home quaranne/self monitoring for 14 days or as warranted. On arrival Passenger to fill hard copy of self declaraon form to be submied to MCGM. Nagpur- Passengers are required to self cerfy their health through online portal or manually by filling self declaraon form on arrival. Pune- Passengers are required to fill up Self Declaraon Form (SDF) and upload negave RT-PCR Test Report through online portal. All passengers arriving from UK, Brazil, South Africa and Middle East are required to undergo RT-PCR tesng on Arrival at Pune Airport. Transit passengers arrived from Brazil / UK / South Africa and taking connecng domesc flights need to undergo RT-PCR test and wait for Test Results (should be negave) before they can board a domesc flight. Any Transit Passenger found posive will be shied to nearest COVID Isolaon facility." Airline obligaon: "Mumbai- Airlines to allow boarding only to those passengers who have filled in the Self Declaraon Form on the Air Suvidha portal and uploaded the negave RT-PCR test report. At the me of boarding the flight, only asymptomac travellers will be allowed to board aer thermal screening. All passengers shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile devices. During boarding all possible measures for physical distancing are to be ensured. Suitable announcement about COVID-19 including precauonary measures to be followed shall be made at airports and in flights and during transit. While on board the flight, required precauons such as wearing of masks, environmental hygiene, respiratory hygiene, hand hygiene etc. are to be observed by airline staff, crew and all passengers. De-boarding should be done ensuring physical distancing. Nagpur- Arrival Passengers data in the prescribed format needs to be forwarded to State Govt. Pune-Arrival passengers data in the prescribed format needs to be forwarded to State Govt. Airlines will also ensure that all arriving Internaonal passengers will upload Self declaraon form(SDA) and negave RT-PCR test report on the online portal (www.newdelhiairport.in) before they are allowed to board the flight at deparng airport." Airport or state obligaon: "Mumbai- Adequate arrangements for passengers waing for their confirmatory molecular test as well as test results ,duly following social distancing and provision of temporary Isolaon area for passenger tesng posive .Ensure seamless sampling, tesng, and waing arrangements. Provision of well-defined flow for arriving Internaonal passengers leading to the waing area, including channel for passengers arriving from Middle east, Europe, UK, South Africa and Brazil, ensuring Social Distancing , frequent Sanisaon and announcements. Nagpur, Pune - Thermal screening for all passengers." Andhra Pradesh State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: None Home quaranne: None Health screening: Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers Covid test: COVID test for passengers at the discreon of Health Officials Passenger obligaon: None Airline obligaon: None Airport or state obligaon: Thermal screening for all deparng and arriving passengers. Andhra Pradesh State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Travelers from specified Countries at risk* will follow the protocol as detailed below: a. If traveler is coming from a Country with which India has reciprocal arrangements for mutual acceptance of WHO approved COVID-19 vaccines (Category A**): i. If fully vaccinated (15 days must have elapsed since compleon of COVID-19 vaccinaon schedule): They shall be allowed to leave the airport and shall self-monitor their health for 14 days’ post arrival. ii. If parally/not vaccinated: The travelers need to undertake the following measures: • Submission of sample for post-arrival COVID-19 test at the point of arrival aer which the will be allowed to leave the airport, • Home quaranne for 7 days, • Re-test on the 8th day of arrival in India and if negave, further self-monitor of their health for next 7 days. b. If traveler is coming from a Country excluding those covered under Category A**, they would be required to undergo the measures as menoned in para a (ii) above, irrespecve of their COVID-19 vaccinaon status. Travelers from Countries excluding those Countries at risk, will be allowed to leave the airport and shall self-monitor their health for 14 days post arrival. Travelers under home quaranne or self-health monitoring, if develop signs and symptoms suggesve of COVID-19 or test posive for COVID-19 on re-tesng, they will immediately self-isolate and report to their nearest health facility or call Naonal helpline number (1075)/ State Helpline Number. Health screening Thermal screening for all internaonal arrivals. Covid test All passengers travelling from at risk countries* are required to submit the sample for Covid test before leaving the airport. Fully vaccinated travelers (final dose taken at least 15 days prior to travel) arriving from Category A** countries need not submit the sample. But are required to self-monitor their health for 14 days post arrival. Children under 5 years of age are exempted from tesng. However, if found symptomac for COVID-19 on arrival or during home quaranne period, they shall undergo tesng and treated as per laid down protocol. Passenger obligaon • All passengers (including children and infants) have to submit self-declaraon form on the online Air Suvidha portal (hps://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registraon) before the scheduled travel. • Upload a negave COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey. (Exempon from RT-PCR requirement shall be permied as per the categories menoned (if any) in the Air Suvidha Portal). • Each passenger shall also submit a declaraon with respect to authencity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecuon, if found otherwise. • All passengers (including children and infants) are required to submit online declaraon with respect to authencity of the report and to abide by the decision of the government authority to undergo home quaranne/self-health monitoring for 14 days or as warranted. Airline obligaon • Deboarding should be done ensuring physical distancing. • Airlines to insure that all passengers have self-declaraon forms. • At the me of boarding the flight, only asymptomac travelers will be allowed to board aer thermal screening. • In-flight announcement about COVID-19 including precauonary measures to be followed shall be made at airports and in flights and during transit • If any passenger reports symptoms of COVID-19 during flight, he/she shall be isolated as per protocol. Airport or state obligaon • Thermal screening would be carried out in respect of all the passengers by the health officials present at the airport. • Covid test facility at Airport. Internaonal Home quaranne Karnataka State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: None Home quaranne: None Health screening: Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers Covid test: All passengers from arriving from Kerala & Maharashtra are required to carry a COVID nega- ve report from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours of arrival. Passenger obligaon: All passengers from arriving from Kerala & Maharashtra are required to carry a COVID negave report from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours of arrival. Airline obligaon: Airlines shall issue boarding pass only to passengers carrying RT-PCR negave cerficate not older than 72 hours for passengers originang from Kerala and Maharashtra. Airport or state obligaon: Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done upon arrival. Karnataka State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Travelers from specified Countries at risk* will follow the protocol as detailed below: c. If traveler is coming from a Country with which India has reciprocal arrangements for mutual acceptance of WHO approved COVID-19 vaccines (Category A**): i. Meghalaya State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc MEGHALAYA ENTRY AND EXIT PROTOCOL 1. REGISTRATION: It is mandatory for all persons entering Meghalaya to register themselves prior to their travel at hp://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/tesng.htm and to download the Arogya Setu App and the Behavioural Change Management App of Meghalaya from Google play store. However, Tourists should register on the Meghalaya portal at hps://meghalaya.gov.in to generate the 'e-invite for Tourists'. 2. TESTING: (a) RT-PCRTesng at Entry Points is mandatory for all persons vising the State if they have not been fully vaccinated (both doses) or are not in possession of a RT-PCR Negave Report that is issued by a recognised laboratory 72 hours before their arrival at the entry Point. (b) Persons showing symptoms on arrival at the Entry Point will be mandatorily tested by RT-PCR. 3. EXEMPTION FROM TESTING AT THE ENTRY POINTS: (a) ) Persons with a valid final cerficate of vaccinaon (both doses) or Negave RT-PCR Report that is issued by a recognised laboratory 72 hours before their arrival at the entry Point shall be exempted from tesng. (b) Government officials / Technical staff / logiscs experts who are engaged to perform dues related to projects pertaining to the Health & Family Welfare, Power Department, Telecommunicaons and other agencies providing essenal services to the State as cerfied by Home (Polical) Department, Government of Meghalaya, shall be exempted from tesng at the Entry Points on producon of RT-PCR negave cerficate issued 72 hours or RAT negave cerficate issued 48 hours before their arrival at the entry point. However, in case such persons do not possess any of the above-menoned negave cerficates, they shall be tested by RAT at the entry point. (C) All persons exempted from tesng at the Entry Points are also exempted from undergoing quaranne but shall strictly adhere to the protocols. 4. QUARANTINE: (i) All persons tested by RT-PCRat the entry point should go into home quaranne or paid quaranne ll the test results are declared. The test results are usually available within 48 hours which shall be communicated through an SMS or can be checked online at www.coronamegh.in. If tested posive, SOP for home or instuonal isolaon should be followed. If tested negave, such individuals can carry on with their daily acvies or work normally. (ii) Persons showing symptoms on arrival at the Entry Point will have to be mandatorily tested by RT-PCR even if they belong to category 3(a) and 3(b) above. Such persons shall proceed to their residence or place of stay and shall undergo home quaranne or paid quaranne for 7 (seven) days from the date of their arrival regardless of their test results. If tested posive, SOP for home or instuonal isolaon should be followed. 5. ADVISORY: i) All persons are advised to take personal health safety measures to protect themselves, including praccing social or physical distancing, cleaning hands with soap/hand sanizer, wearing double masks and avoiding crowded areas with poor venlaon. Individuals in public spaces without a mask may be fined for non-compliance under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulaons, 2020. ii) All entrants are to closely monitor their health for 10 days from the date of entry into the State. Upon development of any symptoms of COVID-19, such individuals should self-report to the nearest healthcare facility/ANM/ ASHA worker. They can also report their symptoms on 14410 - State Level COVID helpline. Entrants will be monitored on a regular basis through IVRS calls from the Health Department. Mizoram State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc MIZORAM Health Screening: 1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. 2. All passengers with or without negave COVID report will be subjected mandatory Rapid Angen Test upon arrival. Quaranne: All arriving passengers aer undergoing RAT test on arrival shall be quaranned in a facility appointed by the Government or Deputy Commissioner and shall undergo RT-PCR/TrueNAT test aer 5 days. Must ensure all passengers must obtain m-Pass from mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in or mCovid19 App without which passenger shall not be allowed to travel from origin staons Airport/State Obligaon: 1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. 2. Rapid Angen Test for passengers on arrival. State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Nagaland Domesc NAGALAND ● All passengers are required to produce negave Covid 19 test report of RT PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT done not earlier than 72 hours prior to entry or provisional cerficate of COVID-19 vaccinaon 1st dose and 15 days should have passed aer taking the first dose or complete vaccinaon cerficate (both the doses should have been taken). ● Resident of any NE state who is arriving in Nagaland and is a transit passenger and directly travelling onwards to any North East should have Negave COVID-19 report or vaccinaon compleon cerficate or provisional cerficate of COVID-19 vaccinaon 1st dose and 15 days should have passed aer taking the first dose and also sasfy the SOP of final desnaon state. ● For dignitaries and senior Govt officials entering the state, the Home Dept will provide necessary facilitaon and make arrangement as the case may be. ● In case of officers/staff/personnel of military/paramilitary entering the state, the respecve unit will make arrangement at POE for transportaon to respecve unit. ● Payment as per Govt. approved rate will be collected by Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Nagaland for RT-PCR tesng Tripura State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines ● Both Rapid Angen Test & RT-PCR available. ● Compulsory test will be done for all incoming passengers not carrying valid negave test reports for COVID-19 on arrival (done by RT-PCR/True NAT/CBNAAT of 48 hours) prior to journey date. ● Passengers without valid “Negave Test report” for COVID-19 done by RTPCR/True NAT/CB NAAT of 48 hours prior to journey from the following states of the country namely: Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur, West Bengal, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland irrespecve of COVID-19 Vaccinaon status (even if double vaccinated) will undergo compulsory test on arrival. ● However, Passengers having double vaccinaon cerficate of more than15 days coming from different states of the country except for those coming from the above excepon states will be exempted from undergoing the test on arrival. ● Those with valid negave RTPCR test reports (done by RT-PCR/True NAT/CBNAAT of 48 hours) will be exempted from undergoing COVID tests at the Airport on arrival. ● All tests are done free of cost by the State Health Department, Govt. of Tripura. ● If, Tested posive, 14 days of mandatory quaranne and treatment as per the State Govt protocol. ● Self-isolaon/ Quaranne/ Self-health monitoring for 14 days in other cases. Domesc Tripura Chandigarh State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: No quaranne Home quaranne: No quaranne Health screening: Thermal screening will be done for all passengers on arrival. COVID test: No Covid Test Passenger obligaon: • Passengers travelling by air shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or COVID recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours. As such, it is compulsory for all passengers entering Punjab to carry either a cerficate of complete vaccinaon of both doses, or, carry a negave RT-PCR Cerficate of last 72 hours. Further, in the absence of the requirements as stated, passengers would be stopped from boarding the aircra at the point of origin itself. Children below 10 years of age are exempted from either of the condions. ● All incoming passengers belonging to Punjab/whose desnaon is Punjab shall install COVA-applicaon on their smart phone before exing the airport. Passengers shall necessarily turn on blue-tooth and GPS. Airlines obligaon: • Passengers travelling by air shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or COVID recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours. As such, it is compulsory for all passengers entering Punjab to carry either a cerficate of complete vaccinaon of both doses, or, carry a negave RT-PCR Cerficate of last 72 hours. Further, in the absence of the requirements as stated, passengers would be stopped from boarding the aircra at the point of origin itself. Children below 10 years of age are exempted from either of the condions. • The Staon Managers of Airlines shall give wide publicity of these instrucons and ensure that passengers who do not meet these requirements are not allowed to board at the point(s) of Origin. ● The airlines shall publicize above extensively to ensure that this informaon is available to all pax boarding the flights well before their departure. Airport/State obligaon: • Passengers travelling by air shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or COVID recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours. As such, it is compulsory for all passengers entering Punjab to carry either a cerficate of complete vaccinaon of both doses, or, carry a negave RT-PCR Cerficate of last 72 hours. Further, in the absence of the requirements as stated, passengers would be stopped from boarding the aircra at the point of origin itself. Children below 10 years of age are exempted from either of the condions. • The passengers found to be symptomac during screening shall be isolated and immediately acon shall be taken as per health protocol. Internaonal Instuonal quaranne: No Instuonal Quaranne Home quaranne: All passengers shall give samples for Covid-19 tesng at the designated area and exit the airport. If the test report is negave, they are advised to self monitor their health for 14 days. If test results are posi- ve, they will undergo treatment as per standard health protocol. Health screening: Thermal screening of all passengers. COVID test: ● Transing Travellers(T on SDF) travelling from Brazil, South Africa, and the United Kingdom shall give samples at designated areas and take connecng flights only aer an approved negave test report. ● All other passengers shall give samples for Covid-19 tesng at the designated area and exit the airport. If the test report is negave, they are advised to self monitor their health for 14 days. If test results are posive, they will undergo treatment as per standard health protocol. Passenger obligaon: All travellers planning a journey shall submit a self declaraon form on Air Suvidha portal and upload a negave RT-PCR test report with a test conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. Airlines obligaon: N/A Airport/State obligaon: ● On arrival thermal screening is carried out for all passengers and a Self Declaraon Form is checked by health officials at the airport. ● Passengers found to be symptomac during screening shall be isolated immediately and taken to the medical facility as per protocol. Himachal Pradesh State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: N/A Home quaranne: N/A Health screening: ● Thermal Screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival. COVID test: N/A Passenger obligaon: • All persons intending to visit the State of Himachal Pradesh for tourism related acvies are advised to carry their COVID-19 Vaccine Cerficates (single or both doses), or a negave RT-PCR Test Report issued not earlier than 72 hours. ● All passengers shall download Aarogya Setu App. Airlines obligaon: • All persons intending to visit the State of Himachal Pradesh for tourism related acvies are advised to carry their COVID-19 Vaccine Cerficates (single or both doses), or a negave RT-PCR Test Report issued not earlier than 72 hours. Airport/State obligaon: • All persons intending to visit the State of Himachal Pradesh for tourism related acvies are advised to carry their COVID-19 Vaccine Cerficates (single or both doses), or a negave RT-PCR Test Report issued not earlier than 72 hours. • Thermal Screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival. (Kullu, Kangra, Shimla) Jammu & Kashmir State-wise COVID-19 Guidelines Domesc Instuonal quaranne: ● All Air passengers who have a valid contactable mobile number with the AarogyaSetu applicaon downloaded on their phones shall be sent for Home Quaranne for 14 days or ll their test results are reported negave, aer their sampling is done as per the protocol in use. ● In case of Air passengers without a valid contactable phone number with the AarogyaSetu app downloaded on their phones, they will be sent to Administrave/Instuonal Quaranne or Paid Quaranne for 14 days or ll their test results are reported negave, in which case they are released for Home Quaranne. Home quaranne: ● All Air passengers who have a valid contactable mobile number with the AarogyaSetu applicaon downloaded on their phones shall be sent for Home Quaranne for 14 days or ll their test results are reported negave, aer their sampling is done as per the protocol in use. ● In case of Air passengers without a valid contactable phone number with the AarogyaSetu app downloaded on their phones, they will be sent to Administrave/Instuonal Quaranne or Paid Quaranne for 14 days or ll their test results are reported negave, in which case they are released for Home Quaranne. ● In the event of any such Air passengers tesng posive, the protocol with regard to COVID-19 posi- ve paents will be followed. ● The personnel of Defense and Central Armed Police Forces returning to duty, including transit labour hired by BRO to go to Ladakh, are exempted from compulsory 100% COVID-19 angen tesng and administrave/ instuonal quaranne in any facility authorized by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir. The said personnel shall be allowed to proceed to the instuonal quaranne of their respecve Units/Formaons for necessary quaranne as per their internal procedures. Health screening: • The following categories of incoming air passengers to the UT of J&K shall NOT be required to undergo RTPCR or Rapid Angen Covid-19 on arrival : a.If they are carrying a valid and verifiable Final Cerficate Report of Covid-19 Test on arrival. b.If they are carrying a valid and verifiable RT-PCR Covid-19 Negave report taken within 72 hours of arrival me. COVID test: ● The following categories of incoming air passengers to the UT of J&K shall NOT be required to undergo RTPCR or Rapid Angen Covid-19 on arrival : a. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable Final Cerficate Report of Covid-19 Test on arrival. b. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable RT-PCR Covid-19 Negave report taken within 72 hours of arrival me. Passenger obligaon: ● Passengers shall have a valid contactable mobile number with AarogyaSetu applicaon downloaded on their phones. ● Passengers are required to undergo COVID- 19 Test at the Airport free of Cost. ● The following categories of incoming air passengers to the UT of J&K shall NOT be required to undergo RTPCR or Rapid Angen Covid-19 on arrival : a. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable Final Cerficate Report of Covid-19 Test on arrival. b. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable RT-PCR Covid-19 Negave report taken within 72 hours of arrival me. • Concerned District Magistrates shall strictly ensure compliance to the above. Airlines obligaon: ● The following categories of incoming air passengers to the UT of J&K shall NOT be required to undergo RTPCR or Rapid Angen Covid-19 on arrival : a. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable Final Cerficate Report of Covid-19 Test on arrival. b. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable RT-PCR Covid-19 Negave report taken within 72 hours of arrival me. • Inform passengers that there will be mandatory tests on arrival for all Passengers except for Defense Personnel and Central Armed Police Forces. Airport/State obligaon: • All Passengers arriving shall be 100% tested for COVID 19 angen using the RT-PCR or Rapid Angen test or any other prescribed method free of Cost. • Fulfill quaranne requirements. • The following categories of incoming air passengers to the UT of J&K shall NOT be required to undergo RTPCR or Rapid Angen Covid-19 on arrival : a. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable Final Cerficate Report of Covid-19 Test on arrival. b. If they are carrying a valid and verifiable RT-PCR Covid-19 Negave report taken within 72 hours of arrival me. Home quaranne: ● Incoming passenger(s) who is/are declared suspects in the Aarogya Setu app will mandatorily be home quaranned for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance Officer of the respecve district immediately. Such persons will be administered a COVID-19 test by the District Surveillance Officer and ll such me their test report is declared nega- ve, they will have to stay under home quaranne along-with other family members. Health screening: ● Passengers arriving Ladakh by air must produce RT-PCR negave Test Report of not more than 96 hours from an ICMR approved test laboratories. ● Passengers not having a valid COVID19 Test Report of not more than 96 hours from an ICMR approved test laboratories must mandatorily undergo COVID-19 RTPCR/RAT test as mandated by the administraon and shall be instuonally quaranned at quaranne centre or place of stay at their cost ll such me they are declared Covid negave. ● Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers ● Any person(s) reported with severe COVID-19 symptoms will be isolated by the District Administraon along with their contacts. COVID test: ● Any person(s) reported with severe COVID-19 symptoms will be isolated by the District Administraon along with their contacts ● All Labours arriving in Ladakh both by air and road are advised to come through contractor(s) or labour agencies with COVID-19 test report of 96 hours before their arrival in Ladakh form ICMR approved test laboratories. Such labourers who arrive in Ladakh, without any COVID-19 test report shall be turned back at the cost of contractors/mates at the point of entry. ● Incoming passenger(s) who is/are declared suspects in the Aarogya Setu app will mandatorily be home quaranned for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance Officer of the respecve district immediately. Such persons will be administered a COVID-19 test by the District Surveillance Officer and ll such me their test report is declared nega- ve, they will have to stay under home quaranne along-with other family members ● Covid-19 test shall be performed for every passenger who does not produce RT-PCR Negave Test done within 96 hrs. ● Persons arriving in Ladakh on official duty or duty which entails vising offices or coming in contact with large number of people, or tourists, must strictly follow COVID-19 precauonary measures such as hand sanizaon, social distancing, wearing of face mask at all mes during the course of their stay in Ladakh. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance Officer of the respecve districts immediately. Such persons will be administered a COVID-19 test by the District Surveillance Officer and ll such me their test report is declared negave, they will have to stay under mandatory quaranne Passenger obligaon: ● Passengers who have been inoculated with both the doses of COVID-19 vaccine and 15 days have elapsed since the date of second dose and has no clinical symptoms of COVID-19 are exempted from producon of negave RTPCR Test report . ● Incoming passenger(s) who is/are declared suspects in the Aarogya Setu app will mandatorily be home quaranned for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance Officer of the respecve district immediately. In case a passenger doesn’t have either of these, RAT tesng shall be mandatory. Passengers travelling by flights shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hrs. Instuonal quaranne: N/A Home quaranne: • Passengers who have aended large gatherings anywhere (religious/polical/social) to be mandatorily home quaranned for 05 days and tested as per protocol. Health screening: • Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers COVID test: • Only passengers who are fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours shall be allowed entry in Punjab. In case a passenger doesn’t have either of these, RAT tesng shall be mandatory. Passengers travelling by flights shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hrs. Passenger obligaon: ● Only passengers who are fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours shall be allowed entry in Punjab. In case a passenger doesn’t have either of these, RAT tesng shall be mandatory. Passengers travelling by flights shall be mandatorily required to be fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hrs. ● All passenger must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their Journey ● Passengers are expected to cerfy the status of their health through the AarogyaSetu mobile app or a Self Declaraon Form. ● Boarding pass shall be considered as e-pass for movement to & from airport during curfew period Airlines obligaon: • Only passengers who are fully vaccinated, or Covid recovered, or with negave RTPCR report of last 72 hours shall be allowed entry in Punjab. Each passenger shall also submit a declaraon with respect to authencity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecuon, if found otherwise. 4. They should also give an undertaking on the portal or otherwise to Ministry of Civil Aviaon, Government of India, through concerned Airlines before they are allowed to undertake the journey that they would abide by the decision of the appropriate government authority to undergo home quaranne/self-monitoring as warranted. 5. All passengers shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu aap on their mobile devices.
